Seriously: a couple of books, everything faced out, with large gaps between them - that spelled distributor trouble. And since they had nothing on the shelves, people weren't buying...<br /><br />Tuesday (final day: everything 90% off, fixtures for sale) there were very few things left - lots of people still buy books given the opportunity. (What was left was mostly thrillers, some crime, some non-fiction (cookbooks, [minor] celebrity biographies) and miles of Romance. Even at 19p a throw, they didn't find many takers.
